Shipping Policy

Welcome to Have Mercy Jewellery's Shipping Policy. We take pride in ensuring that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

•Standard shipping is AUD $10.00.

•All items are shipped via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. Since some of our pieces are made to order, they will be dispatched once the project is completed. 

•For Express Shipping, the rate is AUD $15.00, also through Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

•All items are shipped via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. Since some of our pieces are made to order, they will be dispatched once the project is completed.

• International shipping is AUD $50.  

• We are not responsible for any extra customs taxes or fees. Be sure to review your country's customs regulations before making a purchase, as we cannot cover or refund these charges.

​•We are unable to ship to certain countries. If you are unsure about your country's shipping policies, please reach out to us for clarification. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully, as Have Mercy does not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact Have Mercy Jewellery via email at havemercyjewellery@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your order to arrange a return for assessment. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer either a repair or replacement.

 Kindly provide images of the damaged item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping or handling costs. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged in its original packaging materials and return it via registered post.
