    If your jewellery is damaged, please contact us, and we’ll provide options for repairs or replacements, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • How do I care for my jewellery?
    To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme heat. Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, and gently clean them with a soft cloth.
  • What is the 'lost wax' method?
    The 'lost wax' method is an ancient casting technique that has been used for over 3,000 years. It involves creating a wax model of the piece, which is then coated in a ceramic shell. The wax is melted away, and the shell is filled with molten metal to form the final piece.
  • What is your return policy?
    Please choose carefully, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If you receive a faulty item, please contact Have Mercy Jewellery via email at havemercyjewellery@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your order to arrange a return for assessment. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer either a repair or replacement.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    At this time, we operate exclusively online.
  • Where is your jewellery made?
    Our jewellery is proudly handmade by local designer Kizzi in our studio in Collingwood, Melbourne.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our ready-made products will be shipped within three days of purchase via Express post. Some of our jewellery is handmade to order, so please allow up to six weeks for production. Once your order is ready, we will ship it promptly.
  • What materials do you use to make your jewellery?
    All our jewellery is crafted from recycled precious metals and ethically sourced gemstones, ensuring sustainability and quality.
  • Do you offer custom jewellery?
    Yes! We offer bespoke design services, allowing you to create a unique piece tailored to your personal style. Please contact us for more details.

    Yes, we are committed to sourcing all of our gemstones ethically, ensuring they are mined with respect for both people and the planet.
  • How do I know my ring size?
    We offer a ring sizer for purchase on our website. Alternatively, you can pop into a local jewellery store and ask them to size you.
